From March 2025 - Now
As a marketing specialist at Educap | AIT TESOL, I lead the end-to-end content and communication strategy for the organization’s flagship TESOL programs across Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. My role focuses on shaping a clear brand narrative, building multi-channel content pipelines, and driving engagement through storytelling grounded in five core pillars: Method, Outcome, Program, Credential, and Community.
I develop monthly and weekly TESOL content plans, manage USP messaging for both In-class and Online courses, and produce high-impact campaigns such as TESOL in Action, Educator’s Edge, Weekend TESOL, and Experience Day. My work spans conceptualizing ideas, writing strategic copy, optimizing tone for Gen Z and career changers, and ensuring all assets align with brand values of kindness, innovation, and empowerment.
I collaborate closely with the Marketing Lead and design team to deliver at scheduled posts weekly, while continuously reviewing performance and refining our approach. My contributions have helped strengthen Educap’s brand identity, increase program awareness, and create relatable, emotionally-driven stories that inspire learners to pursue teaching as a meaningful career path.
From June 2024 - September 2025
During my time as the Social Media Manager for “Brooklyn kể chuyện” on Facebook and YouTube, I was responsible for planning and producing content that supported the channel’s mission of teaching English through simple stories, tips, and practical learning techniques. My work included creating content calendars, editing videos with CapCut, and designing visual posts using Canva, Adobe tools, and AI-assisted optimization.
Because the channel focuses on English learning, I frequently used English in both scripting and content development, which helped me refine my language ability and understand how to communicate concepts clearly to beginners. Managing the channel also required me to review performance metrics, analyze audience behavior, and adjust content formats to improve engagement. One of the most valuable things I learned was how to think from the perspective of an English beginner, identifying their pain points, understanding what they struggle with, and shaping content that genuinely helps them learn.
This role also strengthened my multitasking skills, as I often handled multiple tasks at once, from production to performance tracking to design. Overall, it was a hands-on experience that helped me grow both creatively and strategically in social media management.
From November 2024 - February 2025
During my time at NINA Group, a production studio in Ho Chi Minh City specializing in set design, livestream environments, and photography for brands and public figures, I worked as a Content Marketing Intern. My main responsibility was supporting the development of brand imagery and messaging for clients who used NINA’s services. I managed content for the Nina Studio Facebook page, helping translate each brand’s identity into engaging posts that showcased their shoots, sets, and behind-the-scenes moments in a compelling way.
Beyond content work, I also had the opportunity to participate directly in production activities, from assisting during photo shoots to observing how professional sets operate. I was fortunate to work with and photograph several well-known Vietnamese artists, which helped me learn how to communicate and behave professionally in a showbiz environment. The experience allowed me to build a better understanding of studio workflow, creative direction, and how different teams collaborate to bring visual concepts to life.
Overall, my internship at NINA Group gave me both practical marketing skills and firsthand experience in the creative production industry.
From September 2023 - September 2024
This can be considered one of my favorite jobs because, to be honest, I'm not someone who enjoys applying for fixed jobs or positions. Instead, I'm more interested in places that resemble a startup model and 'start from scratch.' The 'Bino Chém Tiếng Anh' channel is one such place.
As a social media channel of a KOL (Key Opinion Leader) named Bino, focusing on English and lifestyle, I find synergy in writing content and building an image that aligns with me. When working here, I have the freedom to be creative with content on Facebook and websites because I'm hardly constrained by any framework. It can be said that it's not only a chance for work and creative development but also an opportunity to learn and connect with well-known KOLs and influencers in the field of English and education, which will be very beneficial for me.
From my experiences here, I've honed skills such as time management, handling assigned tasks, and understanding my audience on Facebook. I've also gained insights into the challenges and benefits of collaborating with a prominent Key Opinion Leader (KOL). These are values I can undoubtedly bring to your business if you see me as a suitable fit.
From March 2023 - May 2023
I am a freelance translator for the Vietsuccess podcast, responsible for translating English script to Vietnamese and vice versa.
This experience helped me understand what it is like to work in an environment with famous people and also how to make the best use of AI to maximize the translation process. I can also bring my working under pressure skills to your company.
From July 2021 - February 2022
In 2021, I was the Marketing Coordinator of Efuture, an e-commerce company that specifies Vietnamese products and how to bring them to the world. I was responsible for making market reports, researching and developing new products for launch, and delivering content and visuals for on-stock products on the Amazon website. This was the time when I decided to postpone my RMIT enrollment to do a 6-month internship at E-Future, and I did not regret that.
Working at E-Future helped me become more aware of the omnichannel selling industry and e-commerce. I especially understand how big platforms like Amazon work and develop their networks, and I can bring those valuable insights about how a business operates to any organization I work with in the future. Yes, I'm talking about your company!
From 2015 to 2016
I used to be a teaching assistant at EDUCAP for 1 year in English classes for children aged 6 to 9, helping them better understand simple grammar and vocabulary.
To be honest, this was one of the hardest experiences I have ever had. Monitoring and helping small kids in this age group was challenging, especially when I was just 13 years old since they were so naughty and I was inexperienced. However, when I got along with it, it actually was a fun and memorable journey with them. I helped them with pronunciation and simple grammatical errors, and I answered their adorable question about the world around them. They also looked at me as a friendly big brother.
This is my first job, and it has allowed me to grasp the mindset of English learners, and more broadly, understand customers. I've learned that emotions play a significant role in their decisions, and I'm eager to bring this valuable knowledge to the table if allowed to be a part of your business!
